So this is the final pass for Augustus. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Genndy Tartakovsky's samurai jack was definitely an inspiration for this piece.

Here is the finished line for Augustus. Outlining the flame effect was a lot more difficult than expected but in the end it was worth it. Now to work on color schemes!

So it's been a while since I posted last and to catch up I wanted to post a character design piece. This is a sketch of my latest character named Augustus. He is a sheut which is Egyptian for shadow. I will be posting more character updates.
